A web application that enables automated delivery, control, approval, application of qualified signatures and time stamps on documents for company users and end users.

Key functionalities

End-user access

Through the client portal, end users can request services, monitor and control their contracts with the company, as well as sign documents with a qualified signature directly through a web browser or mobile phone.

Centralized and local signing

 The portal enables centralized signing, local signing and assigning time stamps on documents, as well as multiple signing per document.

Communication and exchange of documents

Users can communicate via e-mail and exchange documents, with full control over the documentation.

Cloud signature support

The system enables the use of signatures in the cloud, which further increases flexibility and security.

Integration with Open Text DMS

The portal uses Open Text DMS as a central component for archiving documents in accordance with business rules, thus ensuring secure storage and management of documents.

Support for ARHIVO™ BPM

The basis of the ARHIVO™ platform is the ARHIVO™ BPM module, which enables rapid creation and integration of complex business processes. It includes integration with SEF and eGovernment, as well as the ability to connect to internal systems.

ARHIVO™ Portal , together with ARHIVO™ BPM, qSign and Document Management System solutions, enables efficient management of documents and business processes, providing a high level of security and automation in signing and exchanging documents.
