🔍 Presentation: Signing contracts at a distance - Legal regulation, challenges and experiences

As part of the conference program, the company EIM doo held a notable presentation on the topic of legal, technical and organizational aspects of electronic contract signing at a distance. The lecture included:

We put special emphasis on the interpretation of legal requirements, with the conclusion that a certified solution is not a requirement, but a recommendation in accordance with business needs and the legal framework.
