EIM FORUM 2025 - Digitization, innovation and the future of business

In the organization of the company EIM doo, on February 27, 2025, the long-announced EIM FORUM 2025 was successfully held, dedicated to the topics of digitization, innovation and current trends that shape modern business. The goal of the Forum was the exchange of knowledge, experiences and an open dialogue about the future of business processes in the era of digital transformation.

The forum was opened with presentations by the companies EIM doo and Arhiviraj doo, which presented innovative solutions for unifying paper, electronic and qualified signed documentation into a single and comprehensive management system.

The second part of the event was reserved for a panel discussion and presentation of the latest version of the EIM 25.1 Platform – a unique digital platform for managing documents, business processes and archives.

The panel included senior representatives from the banking sector, financial institutions, manufacturing companies and distribution, who shared their experiences and views on the challenges and opportunities of digital transformation in various industries. The panel was rated as extremely informative and relevant, with reference to concrete examples of the application of technologies such as AI, automation, smart systems, Internet of Things (IoT) and analytics in order to improve efficiency, security and user experience.

Special emphasis was placed on the presentation of the new EIM 25.1 platform, whose functionalities include:

DMS (Document Management System)

Management of business processes

Portal for qualified electronic signature

OCR services for document processing

Integrated services for archiving and management of paper documentation

EIM 25.1 is the result of long-term development and compliance with legal regulations and technological standards, created to respond to the complex needs of large organizations through flexibility, security and local support.

In the informal part of the program, the atmosphere was additionally completed by bands made up of employees from several renowned companies, participants in the music competition BizBend 2024. This music initiative once again showed how digital transformation and creativity can go hand in hand.

EIM FORUM 2025 has once again confirmed its position as a central meeting place for representatives of various industries, where new knowledge, contacts and ideas for the business of the future are created.
